12A – Figuring Out Buyer Behavior No. 1
1.) The segment that I am choosing to focus on is a group of people who are environmentally conscious. I believe this is a good beginning segment to target because it will be easiest to convince these people to buy my product. 2/3.) The majority of the people that I interviewed claimed that they first asked their close family members if they knew how to fit an unmet need. They then typically went to google where they would ask a question related to their unmet need. 5.) To reiterate from my other posts, the need I am choosing is eliminating plastic waste the hards our environment. I learned that the need that I have taken the task to solve is a need that everyone has because we all share the same planet that we are slowly destroying.
